ABOUT US

Growing up, you would find Claudia playing on the computer, usually floppy disk games. Her & technology could not be separated. She loved building websites, learning new things, and went on to study at Web Design at the career center. Her undergraduate study was Information Management & Systems with minor in Business Administration & she graduated at the top of her class, recognized for one of the highest honor awards for her department. Claudia has worked at large corporations, including UnitedHealth Group & Michelin, always working in a digital environment, supporting new & critical initiatives. She has supported the business-to-consumer space since 2020, growing her expertise in all things data, digital, and marketing at a global level.

 

Her passions also include process improvement & creative writing. Combining her technical & creative skills, she has peaked into many areas, including resume writing and building content & websites for organizations. She has also served in various volunteer positions & organizations, as a digital consultant & supporting marketing initiatives. Today, she still focuses on giving back to nonprofit organizations that need digital expertise & advising.

Through volunteering positions, Claudia saw a need in the market for small businesses & digital transformation. She highly enjoys helping organizations increase their digital presence and educating others to enable digital transformation. As a very logical & analytical person, Claudia can seamlessly collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs & translate those needs into digital outcomes that help organizations become more efficient, more visible, and more empowered.
